Sam and his various teams of specialists built the loft we had dreamt of. He provided a week-by-week itinerary of cost and work to be completed, which was adhered to without any hitches. When we asked for additional work, reasonable quotes were given and the tasks were dovetailed into the main project. Sometimes technical issues arose, and they were successfully dealt with in a timely manner. For instance, the roof began to leak at 11 pm on a rainy Saturday (the worst possible time!). I phoned Sam and he drove over to us immediately and had fixed the leak by midnight.
